About The Position

The Production Technician II safely operates, monitors, and adjusts production and material handling equipment to manufacture, package, and move products while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. The role performs a broader range of operational tasks, makes routine process adjustments, and troubleshoots common equipment and process issues. The technician applies growing technical knowledge and sound judgment to support reliable production performance and continuous operations. The position is based in Milton, Pennsylvania, and offers shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Compensation is $19.00–$22.00 per hour. The employee may need to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts, with advance notice.

Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Understand and communicate efficiently in English, verbally and in writing.
Ability to use computer systems to accurately enter production, quality, and equipment data.
At least 1 year of experience operating production, packaging, or material handling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in heat, cold, dust, and noise while performing physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, and work at heights of 4 feet and above.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating and adjusting production, packaging, or material handling equipment with limited supervision.
Comfort troubleshooting routine equipment or process issues and knowing when to escalate.
Experience performing basic autonomous maintenance using hand or power tools.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and adjust production, packaging, weighing, and material handling equipment to meet product specifications.
Set up and change over equipment with moderate complexity according to standard procedures.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, resolve routine problems, and escalate complex issues as needed.
Perform preventive and autonomous maintenance tasks using hand and power tools.
Collect samples and accurately record production, quality, and process data using computer systems or paperwork.
Support other technicians by sharing knowledge.
Follow safety, food safety, and housekeeping standards and support continuous improvement efforts.
Work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts, with advance notice.
Perform other duties as assigned.
