Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Duluth is currently seeking applicants for a Production Tech. Job Location: This position will be on-site at the Duluth, MN facility, near Airpark blvd and Haines Road.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of related experience in manufacturing/production
  • Resume is required in order to be considered for this position.
  • This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.”

Responsibilities

  • Performs set-up of equipment
  • Monitors, audits and provides guidance on line operators.
  • Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results to identity yield problems or test new products.
  • Provides technical assistance manufacturing
  • Provides technical assistance quality issues
  • Skill trained/experience in winding soldering, encapsulation, testing and assembly.
  • Participates in lean improvements and initiatives on production lines
  • Operates special equipment and facility systems (MES, vantage, IHLP ect.)
