Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs, equipment manuals, and operational checklists
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and quality standards

Nice To Haves

• Chemical industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete production orders including loading tanks, packing, filling, and labeling in accordance with schedules and specifications
• Follow and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring consistent product quality and compliance
• Monitor equipment performance and production output, reporting inconsistencies or equipment issues promptly
• Complete and verify pre-operational checklists and perform routine inspections to support food safety and quality programs
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and all safety and quality policies and procedures
• Safely handle hazardous chemicals and follow proper procedures in the event of a spill or safety concern
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
• Accurately document production activities and provide daily updates to the Production Supervisor
