About The Position

We are seeking a Production Technician to operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing operations while meeting established quality and production targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental, health and safety standards, product quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. This position requires the ability to safely operate production equipment, follow detailed instructions, perform quality inspections, and maintain accurate production documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate production equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Commitment to workplace safety and established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established safety procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Operate one or more pieces of production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production pace while meeting established quality standards.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Visually inspect finished and in-process products for defects or quality issues.
• Complete required production paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support environmental, health and safety initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities as needed.
• Perform safety-sensitive tasks in accordance with established procedures.
• Work overtime as required to support production needs.
• Perform other production duties and responsibilities as assigned.
