About The Position

The Production Tech 2 works onsite in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. The role requires following training, work instructions, and safety requirements when working with chemicals, and wearing a full Bunny Suit and other required personal protective equipment. The position follows a compressed A-shift schedule: Sunday through Tuesday, plus alternating Wednesdays, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The listed shift length is 11.50 hours. Overtime may be required on short notice.

The pay range is $21.65–$31.95. Final base salary depends on factors including job location, work location, qualifications, work history, and relevant experience. The company says its total compensation packages may include an annual bonus, commission for certain sales roles, equity, and health and welfare benefits.

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English proficiency and comprehension.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Quality mindset and attention to detail.
• Solid hand-eye coordination.
• MS Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to work with chemicals in accordance with training and work instructions, while strictly adhering to safety requirements.
• Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing facility.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom while wearing a full Bunny Suit and PPE.
• Ability to stand during the shift in a cleanroom.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.
• 20/20 vision, corrected or natural, for short- and long-range viewing.
• Ability to work in close proximity to other people and equipment.
• Ability to work overtime on short notice, if needed.
• Ability to work a compressed shift schedule.
• Ability to work 100% onsite.
