About The Position

The Production Tech 2 works in a manufacturing cleanroom environment and must follow training, work instructions, and safety requirements when handling chemicals. The role requires teamwork, attention to quality and detail, and the ability to work onsite on a compressed shift schedule. The A shift runs Sunday through Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with 11.5 hours of work per shift. Overtime may be required on short notice.

Requirements

Strong spoken and written English proficiency and comprehension.
Strong teamwork skills.
A quality mindset and attention to detail.
Solid hand-eye coordination.
MS Word and Excel skills.
Ability to work with chemicals in accordance with training and work instructions while strictly adhering to safety requirements.
Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing facility.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience.
The ideal candidate will have one year or more of experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Ability to work in a cleanroom while wearing a full bunny suit and PPE.
Ability to stand during the shift in a cleanroom.
Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.
20/20 vision, corrected or natural, for short- and long-range viewing.
Ability to work in close proximity to other people and equipment.
Ability to work overtime on short notice, if needed.
Ability to work a compressed shift schedule.
Ability to work 100% onsite.
