About The Position

GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing. The Production Tech 1 - Custom Cutting is responsible for the timely and qualitative completion of basic order fulfillment. This role ensures that assigned order fulfillment functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures, that quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded, and that related documentation is accurate and complete. The position requires flexibility to rotate between departments and jobs on an as-needed basis, and maintaining good communication and coordination with Company personnel and management. The role also involves assisting and supporting coworkers, keeping management informed of area activities and concerns, identifying problems and providing suggestions, and ensuring assembly functions are completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role requires following established quality and safety standards, meeting deadlines, inspecting work upon completion, and performing related duties as required or assigned. The Production Tech 1 is also responsible for ensuring the work area is clean, secure, and well maintained, and completing special projects and packaging products as assigned.

Requirements
