About The Position

Custom Glass Solutions is growing and seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join their Production Team at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This role offers an opportunity for individuals, whether starting their careers or with prior glass/manufacturing experience, to grow with a company that values its people. The position involves operating various machines and manufacturing equipment, handling glass materials, packaging finished products, following safety and quality procedures, and operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

Requirements

• Reliable team players who show up ready to work
• Physically able to lift 30–75 lbs throughout the shift
• Willing to learn, grow, and take initiative
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willing and able to work the scheduled hours of the shift including required overtime
• 10-Hour Shifts: Monday–Thursday 4 PM – 2 AM

Nice To Haves

• Experience in glass or manufacturing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines and manufacturing equipment
• Load and handle glass materials with care
• Package finished products for customer delivery
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed
