About The Position

Custom Glass Solutions is seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join their Production Team at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This role offers the opportunity to grow with a company that values its people, whether you are just starting out or have previous experience in glass or factory settings. The position involves operating various machines and manufacturing equipment, handling glass materials, packaging finished products, and adhering to safety and quality procedures. Forklift operation may also be required.

Requirements

• Reliable team players who show up ready to work
• Physically able to lift 30–75 lbs throughout the shift
• Willing to learn, grow, and take initiative
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willing and able to work any of the following shifts and scheduled overtime as required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in glass or manufacturing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines and manufacturing equipment
• Load and handle glass materials with care
• Package finished products for customer delivery
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
• Operate forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as needed
