About The Position

Ventura Manufacturing is seeking experienced Production Team Members to join our 2nd shift team. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $17/hr and a schedule of Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm. The role is ideal for individuals looking for a stable manufacturing career with a company that values teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement. Team members will perform production and assembly tasks, rotate between workstations, and learn multiple production processes. The environment is clean, team-oriented, and focused on safety, quality, and growth, producing components and assemblies for furniture, automotive, and consumer products.

Requirements

• 2+ consecutive years of manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or related industrial experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Commitment to safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks safely and efficiently
