Position Summary The Production Team Member is responsible for preparing, processing, portioning, packaging, and organizing food products for distribution to multiple restaurant locations within the Momiji Management Group. This role supports the production of sauces, proteins, seafood, vegetables, and other menu components while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, consistency, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our restaurants receive high-quality products that meet company standards and contribute to consistent guest experience across all locations.
