About The Position
The Production Team Member – Rail Build plays a hands-on role in ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of Barletta Boats’ pontoon boats. The position focuses on inspecting, repairing, and finishing rail components to meet company standards, using hand tools and production equipment in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment. The role requires maintaining production standards, meeting daily production goals with teammates, and following safety standards. Candidates must be able to perform physically active, repetitive work, including lifting and working above shoulder level. A pre-employment background check and drug screening are required after a conditional offer.
Requirements
- Manufacturing or production experience is preferred; two or more years is ideal.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Ability to work repetitively above shoulder level with arms extended.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to regularly use hand tools and production equipment.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on rear rails and panels.
- Identify and repair scratches, dents, and other surface imperfections.
- Use hand tools and production equipment to complete finishing work.
- Verify the fit, alignment, and functionality of installed components.
- Maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.
