About The Position

Join the Casper's Ice Cream team and help produce our famous FatBoy Ice Cream novelties and other frozen treats! We are currently hiring for our Production Team. Employees also enjoy access to factory seconds, giving you the chance to stock your freezer with some of your favorite products. Production team members support the manufacturing process by moving products from one conveyor to another and monitoring equipment to ensure smooth operation. This role includes loading ingredients and packaging materials into assembly equipment and placing finished products into boxes and cases for freezer storage. Employees are responsible for performing quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards and are safe for consumers. The position also involves assisting with the weekly disassembly, cleaning, sanitation, and reassembly of food manufacturing equipment to maintain food safety and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Basic math skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to walk, bend, squat, and climb stairs as required
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds from floor to chest height multiple times per shift
Ability to perform repetitive motions using shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers
Comfortable working in an environment where peanuts and tree nuts are present
