Production Team Member
About The Position

This role is for a Production Team Member in a union facility, hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The primary duties involve safely performing tasks such as stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean workspace. The role requires operating various manufacturing equipment, following directions, using power hand tools, and performing other assigned duties. A clean work environment, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read a tape measure are necessary. Safety compliance, lifting up to 50lbs, and navigating stairs, standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the shift are also key aspects of the job. Daily overtime and weekend work are required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations
- Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs
- Ability to navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
- Willing and able to work either 2nd or 3rd shift
- Must be willing and able to work daily overtime and weekend work.
