About The Position

SECO Ecoplastic America is seeking motivated and dedicated Production Control Team Members to support the production area. Under the guidance of the Supervisor, this role helps ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets are met, maintains production efficiency, and supports customer requirements. The position is based at 4800 Highway 301 S, Register, Georgia, and pays $16.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other production equipment required for production control duties.
• At least 1 year of continuous work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to take supervision and follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform physical duties that may include bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk constantly on concrete floors while wearing safety boots during an 8–12-hour shift.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, using personal protective equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to a safety-first culture.
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following established safety policies and procedures.
• Support the Supervisor and Leads in daily operations, completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Use required equipment to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move stock throughout the plant and campus.
• Help manage departmental workflow to deliver quality products on time to internal and external customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with the use and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Support the tracking of departmental performance measures and visual controls.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve employee relations and production effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, and treat others respectfully and courteously.
