Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass required pre-employment testing and work-ability screen.
- Ability to consistently perform heavy lifting as part of daily job duties.
- Willingness to learn, rotate jobs, and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Rotating between different production lines and job functions.
- Learning and performing repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
- Operating tools and equipment while following production instructions.
- Working safely around moving equipment.
- Meeting quality, safety, and production standards every shift.
- Supporting team goals through flexibility and teamwork.
