About The Position

The Production Team Member is cross-trained in multiple areas of production and assists with all facets of operations as directed by management. The role contributes to a team environment by learning production equipment and processes, performing repetitive machine-operation and manual product-picking and packing tasks, identifying defective products, recording required information, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Flexibility and readiness to take on varied tasks are important.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful.
Effective communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic math proficiency and ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. at varied frequency, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
Ability to work overtime as required.

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse experience.
