About The Position

The Production Team Member operates production equipment and tooling in a manufacturing setting. The role follows production schedules, ensures quality control, troubleshoots issues, and maintains a clean and safe work environment. It operates within defined corporate policies and procedures, exercises judgment appropriate to its level of responsibility, and may influence decisions related to functional operations, processes, or recommendations, escalating matters as required. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The work takes place entirely on the production floor in a team-based environment. It involves extensive walking and standing on the production line, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and correctly wearing required personal protective equipment at all times. Non-work-related activities on the production line, including unauthorized departure from the workplace, chatting, listening to music, and dancing, are prohibited because they may contribute to safety incidents.

Responsibilities

• Operate various production equipment and tooling.
• Assemble products and parts in manufacturing processes.
• Perform validation testing.
• Meet individual production targets during the shift.
• Create progress, defect, and incident reports as necessary.
• Maintain lineside stock levels.
• Keep the worksite clean.
• Review and follow manufacturing manuals and processes.
• Follow company safety and quality guidelines.
