About The Position

The Production Team Member is responsible for the assembly of fine art reproduction pieces. This position works in a team environment to accomplish the common goal of producing and assembly fine art pieces for distribution. The Framer is trained in multiple disciplines including cutting of prints, stretching of canvases, framing of multi-medias art works, lamination of artwork, and affixing artwork onto special mediums such as acrylic and metal. Framer must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work at a fast pace.

Requirements

Ability to lift products that weigh up to 25 lbs. occasionally daily.
Ability to lift products that weigh up to 30 lbs. to a height of 70" occasionally on a daily basis.
Ability to read work orders.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, reach above and below the shoulders, squat, bend and kneel as necessary to perform the job.
Ability to tolerate work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to tolerate work in a high level of noise environment.
Ability to accurately follow specific instructions for multiple detailed assembly processes.
Ability to read and follow instructions.
Bilingual English - Spanish
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to perform tasks that are repetitive.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams).
Basic proficiency with scanners, printers, and computers.
