About The Position

Malibu Electronics is seeking a Production Team Member for their facility in Lenoir City, TN. This is a full-time, day shift position with no travel required. The role involves various duties across production areas, focusing on manufacturing and preparing parts according to company standards. Team members are expected to adhere to all safety and quality guidelines, read and understand production paperwork, conserve resources, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. The position may involve working individually or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• General math skills required.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving variables in procedures and/or environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturer or prep parts in accordance with Malibu Electronics standards.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines while continually exceeding customer standards.
• Read and understand paperwork to ensure proper steps are followed.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• May work in a team setting or individually to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying to safety and 5s standards.
