Requirements

Safe operation of all tools and equipment used in valve assembly and machine operation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing manufacturing environment.
Experience or ability to handle materials safely and efficiently.
Strong team orientation and ability to comply with scheduled hours and company policies.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in materials handling or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with blueprint reading and technical diagrams.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Experience working with safety personal protective equipment (PPE) in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain molding machines used in valve production, ensuring machines are configured according to specifications for precise manufacturing.
Assemble valves and related components, cut shafts, paint, set stroke, and rebuild cylinders while adhering to quality standards and tolerances.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to guide assembly and machine setup processes accurately.
Monitor machine operations continuously to ensure proper functioning, promptly identifying and resolving any production issues.
Engage daily in hands-on valve assembly tasks, machine operation, and quality checks to meet production goals efficiently.
