  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to work overtime & weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work any shift

Responsibilities

  • Performing all jobs in the work cell to build quality seats in an efficient manner.
  • Assuring safety standards are always followed, reporting all accidents and near misses.
  • Identifying safety issues and helping to resolve concerns.
  • Driving 5S in the area and hold others accountable to 5S World Class Housekeeping standards.
  • Identifying scrap, defects, or quality issues as they appear and review quality alerts and metrics.
  • Ensuring work is done, the right way the first time to deliver the right quality to our customer.
  • Reading Liaison reports to make improvements and correct issues.
  • Completing all repairs they can in station.
  • Ensuring poka-yokes in place.
  • Assuring safety, quality, production, and work standards are always followed.
  • Driving and contributing to continuous improvement suggestions and projects.
  • Adhering to and measuring line KPI’s.
  • Inspecting equipment, tools, structures, or materials to identify repair needs or other problems or defects.
  • Learning and rotating through all the tasks in the team cell.
  • Meeting/exceeding line efficiency targets to ensure customer delivery is achieved.
