High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to work overtime & weekends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work any shift

Responsibilities

Performing all jobs in the work cell to build quality seats in an efficient manner.
Assuring safety standards are always followed, reporting all accidents and near misses.
Identifying safety issues and helping to resolve concerns.
Driving 5S in the area and hold others accountable to 5S World Class Housekeeping standards.
Identifying scrap, defects, or quality issues as they appear and review quality alerts and metrics.
Ensuring work is done, the right way the first time to deliver the right quality to our customer.
Reading Liaison reports to make improvements and correct issues.
Completing all repairs they can in station.
Ensuring poka-yokes in place.
Assuring safety, quality, production, and work standards are always followed.
Driving and contributing to continuous improvement suggestions and projects.
Adhering to and measuring line KPI’s.
Inspecting equipment, tools, structures, or materials to identify repair needs or other problems or defects.
Learning and rotating through all the tasks in the team cell.
Meeting/exceeding line efficiency targets to ensure customer delivery is achieved.
