Production Team 2nd and 3rd Shifts
About The Position

The Role You will play a vital role in our foundry, ensuring every piece we produce meets the high standards our customers expect. You will be placed in one of two key areas: Casting Department: Handle the creation of molds and cores, manage the pouring of molten iron, and perform quality assurance tests. Finishing Department: Serve as the final "quality gate." Use grinders, de-gating tools, and specialized equipment to bring castings to exact customer specifications.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repeated lifting of up to 50 lbs
- A strong attendance record is vital to our team’s success
- Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A willingness to learn new processes and grow within the MPS team
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment
- Existing forklift certification
