Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repeated lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- A strong attendance record is vital to our team’s success.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A willingness to learn new processes and grow within the MPS team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment.
- Existing forklift certification.
Responsibilities
- Handle the creation of molds and cores, manage the pouring of molten iron, and perform quality assurance tests.
- Use grinders, de-gating tools, and specialized equipment to bring castings to exact customer specifications.
