About The Position

Brenntag is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Lead to oversee daily production operations, ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Production Lead supervises production staff, manages inventory and equipment, supports process improvements, and coordinates with other departments to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably as a Production Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and shipping and receiving procedures.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of production experience.
• At least 1 year of shipping and receiving experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.

• A degree in logistics or a related field is desirable.
