About The Position

KAM Plastics is looking for an experienced and motivated 3rd Shift Team Leader to lead our overnight production team. If you're passionate about developing people, driving continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality results in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a production team while promoting safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork. You'll play a key role in coaching employees, solving problems, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.

Requirements

At least 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience in plastic injection molding.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
A passion for developing employees and building high-performing teams.

Nice To Haves

A college degree is a plus but not required.

Solve Problems & Improve Processes
Assist in resolving customer quality concerns.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production process.
