Requirements

Ability to train and enforce all policies and procedures.
Ability to complete and verify First and Final Article Inspections.
Ability to assure parts are correct and identified before leaving department.
Ability to process associated documentation including process tags, rework tags, and non-conforming material documents.
Ability to stage work for department.
Ability to assist Production Supervisors with job assignments.
Ability to mentor and train new employees.
Ability to collaborate with Production Supervisors on personnel issues, reviews, promotions, transfers, discharges and discipline.
Ability to coordinate production with other departments.
Ability to work with management to improve production flow.
Ability to analyze and resolve work situations and assist production workers in solving work problems.
Ability to assist in production, as necessary.
Ability to complete all weekly, daily and monthly 5S tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinates production employees to meet scheduled requirements in respective department.
Performs other miscellaneous tasks as supervision deems necessary.
Trains and enforces all policies and procedures.
Completes and verifies First and Final Article Inspections as necessary.
Assures parts are correct and identified before leaving department.
Processes associated documentation including process tags, rework tags, and non-conforming material documents.
Stages work for department.
Assists Production Supervisors with job assignments as needed.
Mentors and trains new employees.
Collaborates with Production Supervisors on personnel issues, reviews, promotions, transfers, discharges and discipline.
Coordinates production with other departments.
Works with management to improve production flow.
Analyzes and resolves work situations and assists production workers in solving work problems.
