About The Position

As Lead Production Technician, you lead by example, working alongside as well as coordinating Production Technicians for your shift. You play a key role in the team’s performance & upholding our high quality & safety standards. Requirements

• Ability to work 12 hour nights: 6:45pm-7:15am on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing production experience
• Experience providing on-the-job training & task guidance to other
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience using computer programs, such as SAP
• Excellent problem-solving & decision-making skills
• Ability to lift & move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities, assuring the team is achieving safety, quality & productivity standards
• Organize work assignments & breaks for Technicians throughout the shift
• Work alongside the team, filling in during breaks & absences to operate production equipment in a safe manner
• Provide on-the-job training to team members and tracks training completion
• Monitor & troubleshoot equipment, making adjustments & repairs to assure optimal product production
