About The Position

Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Production Team Lead to join their team. Support the Supervisor in an effective, efficient operation of the value stream to facilitate the flow of work. Coordinate and help manage value stream output and ensure volume, quality and delivery expectations are met or exceeded. Ensure all operators have the information, training, and equipment necessary to perform their work safely and efficiently throughout the day. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience which demonstrates the ability to effectively lead, train and mentor production operators
Experience successfully performing or training tasks similar to those performed in the value stream

Nice To Haves

Desired a 2-year technical degree

Responsibilities

Perform key production function in the value stream as necessary or directed.
Perform tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
Set an example by actively contributing to department and company goals.
Clarify expectations and seek additional training as needed.
Assist in training others.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
This position requires that you work in a clean room environment, wearing a gown, gloves, hairnet, and other garments as required to ensure a clean, safe and sterile environment.
