About The Position
Kutol Products Company, a leading manufacturer of liquid hand soaps and hand sanitizers in Cincinnati, is seeking Production Team Leads for all shifts. This role involves leading a team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production lines, including the setup, operation, clean out, and changeover of filling equipment. The Team Lead will guide teammates to meet production goals, produce quality products, and ensure accurate completion of paperwork and processes that comply with FDA requirements.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude to perform sets ups and changeovers using hand tools.
- Ability to direct and lead a team.
- Reading skills to follow fill line work orders and customer specifications.
- Attention to detail and writing skills to complete required checks and documentation.
- Basic math skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in an FDA or cGMP environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide team leadership in the safe and efficient running of production lines.
