Production Team Lead - All Shifts
About The Position
Kutol Products Company is a leading manufacturer of liquid hand soaps and hand sanitizers in Cincinnati. This position provides team leadership in the safe and efficient running of our production lines. Our filling equipment packages bags and bottles of liquid products that we produce on site in our mix room. The Team Lead is responsible for the set up, operation, clean out, and changeover of their assigned filling line. They lead the teammates assigned to the line to meet production goals and produce quality product. They are also responsible for the accurate completion of required paperwork and processes that meet FDA requirements.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude to perform set ups and changeovers using hand tools
- Ability to direct and lead a team
- Reading skills to follow fill line work orders and customer specifications
- Attention to detail and writing skills to complete required checks and documentation
- Basic math skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in an FDA or cGMP environment
