About The Position

As a Production Team Leader at MKS, you will partner with Methuen production. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor. You Will Make an Impact By: Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function Observe employees and escalate production issues to supervisor

Requirements

Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred
Able to work second shift hours: 3:30pm - 12am, and overtime as needed
Excel, and preferably Oracle
Good communication skills
6+ years of related experience
Requires production experience in electro-mechanical assembly, reading, writing, and arithmetic
Ability to work from established drawings, and experience in soldering, wire-wrapping and cable harnessing
