Zenni is seeking an experienced Production Team Lead for their manufacturing facility in Obetz, Ohio. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of the production line, particularly during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of optical manufacturing processes and proven people management skills. The facility, opened in 2020, is equipped to handle rush deliveries, emphasizing the team's reliability, precision, and commitment to quality.

Requirements

Ability to work overtime and weekday hours as needed
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of workplace safety best practices
Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills
Strong statistical skills, problem solving and data analysis
Technical ability and competent in software tools including (Microsoft Office Suite and various optical management softwares)
Experience in evaluating equipment, product and process development, and solving production problems
Prior leadership experience
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

Partner with Supervisor to ensure consistent and productive line flow
Assist in training employees and perform audits
Resolve errors and associate relations on the floor
