About The Position

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Production Team Lead to help coordinate and oversee our production team in North Mankato, MN! This role involves providing guidance and direction to production floor personnel, coordinating daily production floor activities, and delegating assignments. The Production Team Lead will handle scheduling, oversee floor operations, monitor performance, and verify product quality. They will also lead, train, and coach employees, communicate updates, and continuously evaluate and modify workflow for increased throughput and productivity. This position requires a willingness to learn all equipment to assist operators and potentially run a machine. The role also includes ensuring goals and deadlines are met, completing necessary paperwork, and maintaining a safe workplace for all employees.

Requirements

• Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
• Team player and self-motivated
• Highly detailed oriented and quality focus driven
• Problem-solving skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of job tickets
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
