Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Production Systems Professional! This role involves performing a full range of on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and customer call assistance on assigned products, including KM Production, Color production, MFP equipment, and printers, as well as non-KM printers. Responsibilities include equipment installation/de-installations, configuring and troubleshooting networking issues (Printing and Scanning) on Windows/MAC OS, loading print drivers, cloning files, transferring address books, and performing firmware upgrades. The role requires traveling locally on a daily basis to various customer sites, managing territory work volume, and maintaining a high level of customer communication and satisfaction. Occasional travel outside the local area for training is also expected. The professional will communicate with management on customer or field issues, successfully complete training classes, and effectively service products, requesting assistance when necessary. They will follow proper call handling procedures, maintain minimum productivity measures, and show measurable progress in technical abilities, troubleshooting techniques, and overall productivity. The role involves using current technology and company-issued assets to access service literature and developing familiarity with its contents. Additionally, the professional is responsible for maintaining accurate ASL truck inventory for their designated territory and training customers on basic printing, scanning, and copying functions. Accurate and timely completion of weekly timesheets and expense reports is required. Sales support, such as advising on problem accounts and service leads, may also be requested.
