Requirements

  • 3+ years in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
  • Expert in SQL & BigQuery with the ability to join disparate data sources.
  • Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets (VBA, AppScript, or complex formulas).
  • Experience with ERPs, Time/Attendance software, and E-commerce APIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to speak the language of production operators.

Responsibilities

  • Build a best-in-class planning engine to convert demand into optimized daily schedules using lean principles (flow, pull, Takt).
  • Model and balance labor, materials, and machines to maximize throughput and address bottlenecks.
  • Develop live dashboards to monitor KPIs and track budget vs. plan vs. actual performance.
  • Use real-time data to identify waste, adjust for yield variances, and refine production plans.
  • Build clean, reliable datasets and apply predictive models (scheduling, sequencing) to improve efficiency and automated decision recommendations.
  • Continuously improve forecasts using historical trends, promotions, and seasonality.
