About The Position

Crystal Finishing Systems in Senatobia, MS has an opportunity on 1st shift in our Extrusion department for Production Support. This Monday-Friday role plays a critical factor in our success. We are a team of over 900, with sales of over $150 million, achieving steady growth through our unending commitment to providing customers with the highest quality products and services, on time and at competitive prices. Our services include aluminum extrusion, fabrication, architectural and industrial finishes, and more.

Requirements

• Ability to read, count, perform simple math equations and accurately measure is required.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate ERP Systems
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of production operations and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience with small hand tools is beneficial.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handles material on to the packaging line according to customer specifications, including proper counting, handling, finishing, and stacking methods.
• Uses tools including but not limited to tape measures, banders, air hoses, and overhead cranes.
• Operates on packaging machine.
• Actively watches for quality issues and reports any quality deviations to the department lead or supervisor immediately.
• Establishes efficient workflow based on product, task, and work area.
• Efficiently uses department supplies and notifies the correct person when supplies are running low.
