Production Support Technician
About The Position
DBS Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Support Technician to assist with a variety of shop and manufacturing activities. This is a hands-on position supporting fabrication, assembly, material preparation, and general production operations. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that builds quality products, we'd like to hear from you. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to gain experience across multiple areas of manufacturing. The Production Support Technician plays an important role in helping the production team operate safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Requirements

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or shop experience is preferred but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist production personnel across multiple departments as needed
- Drill, cut, and prepare material for fabrication and assembly
- Build pallets, fixtures, and work aids as required
- Stage materials for production activities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
- Support fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing operations
- Perform basic shop maintenance and organization tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned
