Production Support Technician I
About The Position
Mountain West Farm Bureau is currently hiring for a full-time Production Support Technician I to join our team and is responsible for maintaining moderately complex applications and monitoring systems. Provides solutions, troubleshooting, analysis and support to resolve issues. Develops, modifies, and maintains integrations that may be customized or standardized including integration of existing software and assists with the design and implementation of those solutions. Provides in-person technical support. This full-time position is located at the home-office in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week between 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED.
- Experience in Microsoft programs.
- Ability to obtain product-based certifications.
- Effectively reads, writes, and speaks the English language.
- Uses knowledge, skills, and abilities to maintain high levels of personal and professional integrity, and to act as an ethical agent who promotes core values throughout the organization.
- Understands the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
- Gives full attention to what other people are saying, and makes sure to understand the points being made.
- Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Possess knowledge and principles and processes for providing customer service.
- Follows established procedures, guides oneself with little or no supervision.
- Actively looking for ways to help people to solve their IT issues.
- Pass a drug and alcohol screening.
- Undergo a background check.
- Have a clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
