FEDITC is seeking a Production Support Specialist, Level 3 to work in Lima, OH. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years specialized experience in working with/on tracked or wheeled combat vehicles in military or civilian capacity, working directly with PM offices, and working onsite at military installations
Associate's degree from an accredited university
Active Secret clearance is required.
Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).

Responsibilities

Provide PdM with a copy of the weekly GFM inventory receipts.
Work with General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) on GFM accountability and highlight to PdM any GFM items that have any delivery or quality issues.
Ensure the GFM being sent out for return to the supply system or repair is being properly accounted for and tracked.
Monitor the day-to-day status of GFM, potential line stoppers, and critical parts shortages between JSMC and ANAD.
Assist with verifying receipt of armor deliveries.
Physically verify the location and quantity of GFM on an as needed basis.
Write and issue GFM Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs).
Notify GDLS of actions required on this material and log, save, and process all associated documentation.
Handle and process the documentation on older PQDR actions (e. g. exhibit requests, closeout actions, additional information or explanation).
Communicate via phone, email, and Microsoft TEAMS.
