About The Position

Support the daily printing of submarine maintenance planning and management packages and deliver them to customers in time for daily production planning meetings. Execute scheduled tasks, jobs, and reports on daily, weekly, or monthly cycles, and generate additional items in response to ad hoc or emergent requests from the production manager. Apply functional and general industry knowledge to develop or contribute to solutions for problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and may review or guide the activities of more junior employees.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with data processing and printing operations.
• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience conducting printer maintenance, operation, and minor repair, including in a high-volume setting.
• Experience following complex and lengthy procedures accurately.
• Experience in a helpdesk role.
• Knowledge of command-line interface (CLI) systems such as Unix Shell, Linux BASH, or MSDOS.
• Knowledge of helpdesk and customer service principles.
• Ability to meet operational deadlines and mission priorities.
• Secret clearance is required; selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a secure computer environment utilizing PKI.
• Experience organizing parts or supplies in a warehouse-type environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
