About The Position

The Production Support Operator supports production work cells by efficiently supplying the parts, boxes, and inserts needed to keep direct labor employees producing. The role performs non-direct tasks, including moving product and waste to and from the Regulator Assembly area, and responds promptly to cell lights by delivering pulled orders.

Key deliverables include delivering pulled orders to production cells and making timely deliveries to service areas. Performance is assessed through performance appraisals, orders pulled per hour, and downtime for direct labor assembly operators.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience related to manufacturing.
• Some computer knowledge.
• Forklift certification.
