Requirements

  • 7 to 12 years of experience in Application/Production Support
  • Production Support (L2/L3) in enterprise applications
  • Scripting / Automation: Python (or similar)
  • Systems & Databases: Linux/Windows + SQL
  • ITIL Processes: Incident, Problem, Change Management
  • Monitoring & Stability mindset (proactive support, root cause analysis)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and automation-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking platforms strongly preferred
  • Monitoring Tools: Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
  • Scheduling Tools: Control-M / Autosys
  • DevOps / CI-CD: Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible
  • Exposure to Cloud & Modern Tech: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of Salesforce / Capital Markets platforms

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for front‑office users across global platforms
  • Manage incident, problem, and change (ITIL) processes
  • Coordinate releases, bug fixes, and enhancements with internal teams and vendors
  • Improve system reliability through monitoring and automation (DevOps/CI-CD)
  • Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery coordination
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing
  • Partner with business, technology, and compliance teams
  • Participate in on-call / weekend release rotation
