About The Position

The Production Support Associate provides high-quality service to customers by safely, efficiently, and accurately storing, packaging, and handling customer products while minimizing damage and cost. The role may involve operating packaging equipment and using material-handling equipment and an RF fulfillment system. The associate also tracks packaging activity and helps maintain a clean, orderly facility. Additional duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse environment; this experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Safely push a pallet jack or operate a forklift to move customer items and cases to designated areas.
Check inbound and outbound products to confirm item and quantity accuracy and identify damage.
Load, unload, move, stack, pick, and stage customer products and materials by hand or with pushcarts or pallet jacks.
Package customer products safely and efficiently, converting raw materials into packaged goods using packaging machines and manual methods.
Accurately record packaging activities on production tracking forms.
Use the RF fulfillment system for product put-away, picking, order packing, product moves, and other duties.
Maintain the facility in a clean, neat, and orderly condition.
Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.
