About The Position

The General Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by performing a variety of production tasks to help ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. The role is based in a production facility that may be cold, wet, or humid, and requires personal protective equipment. Shift work, overtime, and weekends may be required based on production needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40–50 lbs.
• Comfort working in cold or refrigerated environments.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or a warehouse environment.
• Experience working in temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform packaging, labeling, sorting, and product-handling tasks.
• Follow food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support team members and production lines as needed.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
