Buck Company LLC is currently looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team in Quarryville, PA! As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of production employees to ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, and a safe work environment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge of foundry operations and equipment is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, and technical documents
Experience using basic shop equipment and power tools

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily output, quality, and safety goals
Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to hourly team members
Assign and prioritize work based on production schedules and operational needs
Monitor machines and equipment; identify issues and coordinate repairs as needed
Ensure team members are properly trained in job functions, safety practices, and equipment use
Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Continuously look for opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and team performance
