About The Position

Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable aggregate operations. Coach and support team members to maintain high performance and adherence to operating standards. Monitor equipment and production processes, identifying issues and coordinating timely corrective actions. Maintain accurate production and inventory records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Promote a safety‑first culture through active engagement, communication, and accountability.
