About The Position

The Production Supervisor coordinates all products from the initial stage to completion. This role involves monitoring revenue, cash flow, and accounts receivable throughout the installation. As well as associating workflows to ensure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. It is essential to meet customer expectations for services on time.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to identify and address any issues that may arise during production.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records of production data.
  • Proficient in the use of production planning and scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of quality control and assurance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with and enforce company/OSHA safety policies, uniform policies, Red Carpet Program and Dust Policy, company vehicle safety policy, and jobsite branding policy.
  • Review and audit project documents to ensure feasibility.
  • Coordinate measurement and inspection of the bathroom, window, door, siding, and roofing.
  • Verify delivery is entered into the CRM accurately.
  • Assign and verify crew skills meet the scope of work and project expectations.
  • Oversee scheduling of customer appointments for demolition, installation, punchout resolution, and partial resolution.
  • Communicate project updates and next steps with the customer on the demolitions, installs, punchout, and partial resolutions.
  • Ensure proper, timely, and accurate communication is being delivered from personnel within the department to the customer.
  • Managing the schedule and workflow of project managers.
  • Managing and assigning punchouts and partial installs as necessary.
  • Responding to customer escalations appropriately and timely.
  • Delegating a portion of the above tasks to personnel within the department that report to you.
  • Generally ensuring that our customers are given the highest quality service.
  • Completing final customer service calls and customer debriefing after the installation.
  • Provide verbal and written performance feedback, including annual performance reviews, and follow the Long Home disciplinary action process, when applicable.
  • Maintain an environment that embodies the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Remain in compliance and up to date on all company-wide live and digital training.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
