Production Supervisor 2nd Shift
About The Position
Duraco is hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead production operations at its Forest Park, Illinois location. The role works closely with a union workforce to keep operations running smoothly and consistently, while fostering a respectful, safety-first workplace where teams support one another. The supervisor oversees daily production, including work assignments, schedules, and achievement of quality, safety, and output goals. The role also promotes accountability and continuous improvement, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction. The position supports the 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM shift. Compensation is $65,000–$85,000, based on experience and qualifications, with participation in an incentive bonus program and a competitive benefits package.
Requirements
- Strong manufacturing leadership experience.
- Ability to lead effectively within a union workplace environment.
- Experience working within an ERP system, with a strong focus on production scheduling and coordination.
- Comfort working on the production floor, communicating clearly, and building trust through consistency and respect.
