About The Position

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations to meet production targets and departmental KPIs. This role involves establishing priorities, monitoring progress, and making adjustments to resolve issues promptly. The supervisor will ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications, investigate and resolve quality concerns, and enforce adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role includes coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members, maintaining accurate personnel documentation, coordinating training programs, conducting performance reviews, identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The supervisor will also review and approve timecards, assist team leaders in interpreting specifications and assigning duties, and develop/maintain work instructions. Exemplifying LION Core Beliefs is also a key aspect of this role. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with members of the operations team as well as cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • ERP experience (Oracle or similar) is a plus.
